Built for Canada. Rolling out first in Ontario and British Columbia.

Run your rentals like a pro, without the paperwork.

CanRentPro takes small landlords from an empty unit to a signed lease that's right for their province, then keeps rent, reminders and notices on track. A business phone number and website are included.

Everything a small landlord needs, in one place

  • A business number and website for your rentals

Text and call tenants from a separate business number, with every conversation logged. Your rental website shows your listings and gives applicants one place to apply.

  • Rent by Interac e-Transfer, matched for you

Tenants pay the way they already do. Forward the Interac payment notices and CanRentPro matches each payment to the right unit for you to confirm. We never hold your money.

  • The right lease for your province

The Ontario Standard Lease or the BC tenancy agreement, filled in from your details and signed online.

  • Notices prepared, you stay in control

Rent increase and late-rent notices prepared on the official forms, with the dates worked out from your details. You review, sign and serve them.

  • Fair screening

Credit checks only for your finalists, paid by you. Applicants never pay to apply.

  • An assistant that does the clicking

Ask in plain English or French and the assistant works the app for you. It checks with you before anything important happens.

How it works

  1. List your unit and collect applications.

  2. Screen your finalists and sign the lease online.

  3. Collect rent and stay on top of notices and renewals.

Founding Landlord program

We're opening CanRentPro to a small group of founding landlords before public release. Founding landlords use it free during the trial, starting in January 2027, and help shape what we build.

  • Free during the trial
  • Credit checks covered during the trial
  • Founding pricing locked in afterwards
  • A direct line to the team, and a say in what we build next
  • Hands-on help setting up your properties and leases

Spots are limited. Signing up doesn't commit you to anything.

Questions

When can I start?

Founding landlords start in January 2027. Public release is planned for mid-2027.

Which provinces?

Ontario and British Columbia first. If you're elsewhere in Canada, join the list and we'll tell you when we reach your province.

Is it available in Quebec?

Not yet. Quebec's rental rules are different, and we'll only launch there when we can support them properly.

Do you hold my rent money?

No. Rent goes straight from your tenant to you by Interac e-Transfer. CanRentPro only reads the payment notices you forward, to match each payment.

What will it cost?

Pricing will be announced before public release. Founding landlords get founding pricing, locked in.

Is it in French?

Yes. CanRentPro is fully bilingual in English and Canadian French, for you and your tenants.

Is this legal advice?

No. CanRentPro gives general information and prepares official forms from your details; you make the decisions. For hearings or complex situations, talk to a licensed paralegal or a lawyer.

Where is my information stored?

Sign-up information is stored in Canada. Our privacy notice explains the details.
